Cold brew is always super weak with so much cream it looks & tastes like I'm drinking watered down milk, even when I ask for very light cream.
Also expect your donut to be tossed frosting side down in a paper bag. -

I live in the area so I come here about once a week. The staff here are all very friendly and kind but the place is really poorly managed. The toilet seat in the men's room has been broken for at least a year and the donuts are really really stale--they have to be keeping them around longer than they should. Also, make sure you arrive before 9PM because every night I've been in the entire place turns into a group study room for bunch of guys who seem to be in the same class or something. They are nice and all but they camp out for hours and take up every single table in the place.
Update: I went during the day and it's just as annoying. I think maybe the mother of one of the people working just sits there all day long talking loudly on her phone until the shift is over. Why?! Nobody wants to hear your mother scream-talking while they eat. -

Very rude owner or manger. Was sitting down for a business meeting catching up and before we got the chance to go up to the counter was told that I needed to buy something or leave.

I ordered birthday cake for my dad and came to pick up the cake they didn't have it. Apparently the icecream kept melting??? Which I dont understand. How are you not able to make the things on your menu????
And now I'm stuck with a cake I dont even want. I couldn't get refund since it was a birthday. Ridiculous!!!! Do NOT order cakes from here and from what I remember the coffee is watery. Which is why I don't get coffee from here anymore. I should have known better. The woman tried to give me attitude telling me how they called many times during my work hours. They literally only called once. Either way, why do they think its okay?
